Where did you get such pictures? I suggest you talk back to the people who provided the pictures.

The pictures came from the subassembly house that builds our PCB assemblies. They have experienced in circuit test failures with the parts assembled in Malaysia, but not with parts that were assembled in Mexico. I suggested they initiate a failure analysis, but wanted to confirm if the package assembly in Malaysia appeared accurate.
