Hi Andrew,
The TPSM63606 PSPICE model can be found on the product page: https://www.ti.com/product/TPSM63606
Along with the TPSM63610 PSPICE Model: https://www.ti.com/product/TPSM63610
The TPSM63608 is a variant of TPSM63610, so the TPSM63610 PSPICE model will work, just with a higher current limit.
Let me know if this solves your question, and thanks for using TI E2E.
Regards,
Henry
I downloaded this file - WinZIp says it's not a valid archive file. How do I install this file into Pspice for TI ?
Thanks
And you are trying this on these links?

Have you tried extracting it normally without WinZip? I'm able to open this on my device.

Henry

Hi Andrew,
I've unzipped the files here for you. PSPICE should automatically start once you open the .opj file.
I've also linked some tutorials on using PSPICE for TI here as well.
