    Hello Netthra, 

    Thank you for your interest in the UC2854B PFC controller. 

    This device is over 30 years old and unfortunately does not have any simulation model at all.  It is unlikely that we will develop one in the future.
    In any case, TI does not support LTSpice models for any device. 

    I think a workable model can be constructed from basic components (sources, op-amps, comparators, etc) following the block diagram and functional descriptions in the datasheet.
