Hi, TI expert.

I would like to inquire about a recommendation for a gate driver.

A customer has inquired about recommending a gate driver suitable for the example below.

Gate Driver is connected to MCU, and we want to use N-ch FET (IPP014N06NF2S_Infineon).

In this case, it is said that a gate driver with a charge pump function must be used.

Is there a Gate Driver you can recommend?

Hi Grady,

We do not have a gate driver like that in our portfolio. You can use a half-bridge and use the lowside to make a charge pump like this:

If you want a more integrated solution, you should look in TI's power switches category on TI.com. Something like TPS2490 might be a good choice.
