I don't have the packaging . The dates codes are from photos that were provided by our subcontract assembly house.

The parts were purchased through Arrow. The subassembly house is in Thailand.

Both lot/date codes appear valid and were manufactured and dated at the same TI site but I only can verify shipment to from TI to Arrow for 38A40HK. You can submit a TI Product Verification Form here.

Thank you for the response, but I was trying to determine what the distinction was between the "H" and "K" character in the marking (A40H or A40K).
