Are you using TPS65994 for TBT related applications or only for the PD aspect? What are the PD requirements for this project?

Only for PD aspect. I chose this IC because it is relatively simple and I required 2 USB C port. It is a kind of Pixel LED application.

I recommend using TPS65988EVM (TPS65988) instead, TPS65994 is typically for notebook/laptop application and comes with additional features not needed for simpler applications.

My customer wants to use this TPS65994 instead others, and we already purchase TPS65994 EVM. 

So, could you please give me access to the GUI tool?

As Raymond mentioned, the TPS65994 is intended for PC applications only and should not be used for any other application. For your use case, you will need to use the TPS65988DK or one of our other PD controller solutions, such as the single port TPS25750.

I understand you've already purchased a TPS65994EVM. Since I understand there was some confusion on the use case initially, we are happy to provide you with a TPS65988DKEVM instead, free of charge.

Thank you for the suggestion. I've also got many suggestions to use TPS65988 instead of TPS65994. So, we are thinking of going with TPS65988. If you could provide TPS65988DKEVM to me that would be great. I highly appreciate your contribution to this.

With the holidays being last week, most of the device experts were out of office so there may have been a delay in response. I will check up on this and see if I can find this information when my colleague who has this information is back in the office and get back to you. Everything should be set, and hopefully we are just waiting for it to be delivered but I do not know and will let you know when I have more information.
