Hi Team,
When we are doing thermal simulation. using the IC without heat sink. we get the below values
1. Board temperature : 91.3degreeC
2. Case temperature : 91.493degreeC
3. Junction temperature : 91.934degreeC
Here Junction temperature is passing.
But operating temperature is shown as
Is this okay? Should we need to consider operating temperature Ta for the case?
