DC/DC means the DC/DC controller or the whole DC/DC converter? It is better if you could let us know your requirement like power rating, with or without adapter, sleep mode... We will try to find suitable parts for you.
Current TI PSE does not have integrated FET or DC/DC converter: TPS23881/TPS23882 supports BT/AT/AF. TPS23861 support AT/AF.
Current TI PD has adjustable switching frequency can cover > 300 kHz and < 300 kHz. Below are some of popular parts.
