TPS61322: Audible noise issue

Part Number: TPS61322

Hello!

I use the TPS613222A, but it has audible noise issue.

I need to help eliminate audible noise.

Iout is about 100mA, but start-up current is about 80mA (it has not audible noise during start-up.)

I attached schematics.

Please help me to solve the problem.

1. 3.3V Main Power (LMR23610ADDAR) - Main Board

2. 3.3V to 5V (TPS613222A) - Sub Board

  - 3.3V is supplied throught BtoB Connector

3. 5V to ±12V (DCPA10512DP-U/700) - Sub Board

  - ±12V is used in ADC.

  • Hi Jeon,

Firstly can you make sure the audible noise came from TPS61322. As far as I'm concerned the audible frequency has typical range if the switching frequency is out of the range, it may not result from the TPS61322. You should test the SW waveform of the boost converter to make it more clear.

    Hope this might help you.
