If the ADCIN resistor setting is incorrect, will the TPS25750 response to its I2C address?

Will ADCIN resistor setting decide the PBMs I2C address? If not, what is your conern?

If we want the TPS25750 I2C address to be 0x21, what should be the ADCIN resistor setting?

Frankly, I am quite disappointed with your response. After 10 days, you ask me the ADCIN address.

Please expect delays due to the Thanksgiving holidays as many engineers are on break.

Kevin's concern with the ADCIN setting is related to the table below. The I2Cs address for the TPS25750 changes depending ion the ADCIN config. 

An address of 0x21 only corresponds to address index 1.

Another thing to check is the IC power. Make sure 3.3-V is being supplied to Vin3V3 when used in a non-dead battery state. You should also verify that LDO3V3 has 3.3V as well.
