I used TPS16413DRCR to make a current protect schematic,as below

the tps16413 in the system is as below
I found a problem,when the led is blinking as the follow wave，with current 300mA
tps16413 will protect ,and cut off the 5v input
but when i set the led blinking as the follow wave,with current 300mA
tps16413 can work well.
If i set the current to 700mA，both the wave above can work well,without protect state.
I set IDLY time , Ilimit ,Iocp to add more ,it is still in protect state.
