Hi experts,

My customer seek SR which achieve 80%+ when current is 150uA. But in datasheet, efficiency only describe up to 1mA. Do you have 100uA~200uA efficiency data?

And do you have any other part number to fulfill customer's requirements.

Can you provide the exact Vin and Vout where the customer needs the efficiency at low output current?

By the way, why the customer needs a higher efficiency at lighter load? What rail the device needs to supply? Who is the customer?

Vin: 5V, Vout:3.3V

Hi Miyaoka-san,

Please refer to the efficiency data of TPS62065-Q1 below. However, the efficiency at ~150uA load is around 55% only. If the customer needs a much higher efficiency at light load, we can promote TPS628502-Q1, which has a ~75% efficiency at PFM mode (see fig. below).
