TLV740P: Qualification Tests Conditions

Part Number: TLV740P

Hello,

I have some questions about TLV74033PDBVR's qualification tests.

  • JESD22-A108: What's the operating voltage used for the test JESD22-A108?
    • This question refers to the section 4.2.2 Operating Voltage of the JESD22-A108 document.
  • JESD22-A108: What's the bias voltage used for the test JESD22-A108?
    • This question refers to the section 3.2 Biasing guidelines fo the JESD22-A108 document.
  • JESD78: What's the immunity level of the test JESD78?
    • This question refers to the table Table 1 — Latch-Up Immunity Levels of the JESD78 document.
  • JESD78: What's the temperature condition of the latch-up susceptibility classification of the test JESD78?
    • Class II.A, I.A, II.B, or I.B

Best regards,
Shinichi Yokota

  • Hi Yokota-san,

I'm looking into this. I'll get back to you within 3 business days.

    Regards,

    Nick

  • Hi Yokota-san,

Sorry for the delay; I heard back from our quality team. Please let me know if these answers are sufficient.

    • JESD22-A108: Max operating voltage- When running HTOL we are compliant with JEDEC requirements of running to VMAX. We typically do not share actual VMAX voltages with customers.
    • JESD78: Latch up temperature and immunity- The original qual targeted immunity level A in JEDEC. Immunity level B is not commonly used at TI. The original qual was run with Class 1-A (25C).

    Regards,

    Nick
