Hi Team
I'm Joe, GZ FAE. my customer is working on PCS development which has Opto-compatible gate driver sockets, I promote UCC23513 in the application.
Here is a question that customer proposed, but I don't know exactly: What's the isolation level of gate driver package such as level 1 level 2 or AAA?
Thank you
best regards
Joe

Hi Joe,
We usually use the terms "basic" "functional" and "reinforced" to incrementally define levels of isolation. The UCC23513 is considered "reinforced" isolation.
The datasheet contains different parameter values for different definitions of "voltage isolation".
There is also PCB level standardized criteria for "pollution" that limit isolation ratings.
