ULN2003A: collector cutoff current at Vce 6V

Expert 6720 points
Part Number: ULN2003A

Hi Team,

our datasheet specifies 100uA as collector cutoff current ICEX at VCE=50V.

Can you also say something about max value at VCE of 6V and 60 degC ambient?

Regards

Andreas

  • Andreas,

We do not have data specifically at VCE of 6V with a 60C ambient, however I have consulted with the backend team and have confirmed that VCE and ambient will have very little impact on the collector cutoff current. For the customer, they should use the 100uA as the worst case number to allow for a robust design.

    Best Regards,
    Tim

  • hi Timothy, thx for checking. Do you see possibilites to measure it for a couple of 100ku/year? They say other competitors provided detailed info whereas I am not sure they are referring to this part exactly. Just checking what is possible/was not. Regards, Andreas

  • Andreas,

Given the age of the part this is not something that we would be able to do. We do, however, have a generic EVM coming out for the device that we would be able to provide if the customer wants to perform their own testing, however it is not something we would be able to support from the backend perspective.
