RnD looks for DC-DC solution 5KW and 10KW, Vin: 800V / Vout: 28V.
Is UCC28951 suitable for 5KW and 10KW? Do you have any reference design for this application else TIDA-020031?
If it's not, could you kindly help to suggest suitable solution?

The UCC28951 should be suitable for 5 kW to 10 kW solutions.
I do believe TIDA-020031 released 3.6 kW is the high power reference design.
I did check are reference design library and we do not have reference designs for your.
