We are using ULN2003ADR in one of our existing design for 12V relay driving, the controller is ATmega2560 and operationg voltage is 5V. Currently we are planning to change the controller to MGM240 which is working in 3.3V.So we need to confirm that the ULN2003ADR will support 3.3V also for this relay driving operations.Kindly share the suggestions.
