LM25576: Two LM25576 ICs synchronization

Part Number: LM25576

I want to operate two LM25576 integrated circuits as inverted buck boost and at the same time I want to synchronize them with each other. The synchronous pin is not included in the simulations. Can you help with this issue? Is there a reference source?

First LM25576 Vin 7v Vout -5V

Second LM25576 Vin 7v Vout -12v.

If you want I can share WEBENCH design.

Hi,

Thank you for your question. In order to properly synchronize an inverting buck boost configuration to a external signal, more circuitry is required to level shift the signal that goes into the sync pin. This is likely the reason this is not included in the webench simulation designs. If you want to learn more and implement this design into your system, you can check out section 7.2 of this app note.
