Hello,

I need to deaign a power supply and i wonder which topology to use.

The requirements:

1. Vin: 2-4V

2. Vout: 23V

3. Pout: 300W

4. Bidirectional

5. 99% efficiency from 30%-100% load

6. Non isolated

6. 3$ max price of the power components

You can use the Power Designer (ti.com) to get design proposals.

You can also check out our reference designs:
TI Reference Designs Library

I think it will not be possible to reach out efficiency of 99% in this operation range.
