Hi,

I'm looking for the functional safety documents, which are described here: https://www.ti.com/lit/ml/slyp813/slyp813.pdf?ts=1700583527726&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.google.com%252F

TI has additional collateral for the BQ76952 which can be provided on request:

– detailed FMEDA (failure modes, effects, and diagnostic analysis) – pin FMEA (failure mode & effects analysis)
– functional safety manual
– functional safety analysis report

How do I get them ? I read already in another thread that we would need a NDA. I tried to contact your support, but they just linked to this forum.

We are located in Germany, Munich. So, you can send me the local sales manager who is responsible for us.

Unfortunately we cannot give you contact information via this forum, for NDA document the sales /assigned field contact person for your company will reach out to you to make sure all the NDA documents are in placed and give you access to the required files. Given the US holidays, a lot of people are out of office, so I'll expect delays during this time.
