I used theLM5069MM-2/NOPB to develop a hotswap board with the following specifications:
Vin: 7S NMC battery
Max cont. current: 10A
The design has already been reviewed by @rakesh. (Will share the schematic and Gerber files again on private chat)
Upon testing there are some issues that we are facing:
1. Two boards that we made are working on no-load condition. The voltage passes through well. But when i try to put a load of even 0.1A, the output falls and the board shuts off. How can i troubleshoot this issue? What are the standard tests and checks that i should be doing to figure out what is going wrong and where?
(I checked the voltages on the UVLO and OVLO pins. UVLO shows 7.9 V but according to the divider that was suggested by the tool it should be 3.3V. The OVLO pin is at 1.9V which is right )
2.Other 2 boards that we have made is not working at all. Again what do i check for troubleshhoting this issue?
3.Also i had a doubt, on what conditions does the PGOOD get pulled down? Because on one of the board that is actually working, the LED that i have added is always lit up under working conditions.
Here the UVLO pin is at 3.3V
OVLO is at 1.9V
The gate-gnd voltage is 37V
The gate-vout voltage is 11.7V
