BQ27427: BQ27427

Part Number: BQ27427

Hello,

We are currently working on a new board design that involves the integration of a Fuel Gauge for battery monitoring, specifically the BQ27427YZFR. Attached is the schematic page for your reference. We have encountered a recurring issue across four different designs. Upon mounting the Fuel Gauge, we observe a continuous increase in the output voltage from the voltage regulator (TPS63001DRC) as the input voltage rises. Additionally, there is a noticeable current spike on the variable DC voltage regulator. Strangely, when the Fuel Gauge (BQ27427YZFR) is disconnected from the rest of the design, the voltage from the voltage regulator remains constant. Looking forward to the guidance on resolving this issue.
