Hi Tommy,

I have rectified the design calculator.

The schematic shows the load current as 36 A. One MOSFET can't carry 36 A of load current. There should be two (2) MOSFETs in parallel in all three (3) instances.

according to the specification on schematic, but the red area show as a negative value, is this correct?

Hi Tommy,

In your calculation sheet, TJDCMAX is 267.6 C, which is more than the maximum allowable MOSFET junction temperature of 150 C. Hence, the derated SOA number is coming as negative.

Before using the design calculator, please refer to the datasheet design example to understand the design procedure.
