bq20z75_V180 EVM Error Code

Hello,

While the customer is testing bq20z75 EVM, a error code comes out: "No Acknowledge:VB_T2H_NACK". So what does this mean and how to deal with it?

    Possible Cause : Error in translating packet.No Acknowledge from Device

    Possible Fix : Make sure device is connected

    This kind of error is returned if device is connected, or device does not respond to commands sent to its address. Its also possible that the device you are trying to communicate is bad - you can try with a new device.
