TPS61023: Product recommendation

Hi expert,

my customer want to use TPS61023 to work in this condition(Iomax=2A).  Is TPS61023 suitable in this case or  do we have a better solution? thanks!
(1)4＜Vin≤5V, Vo=5.2V
(2)5V＜Vin＜5.2V, Vo=5.2V
(3)Vin=5.2V,Vo=5.2V
(4)5.2V＜Vin＜5.5V,Vo=Vin.

And the customer is afraid that when Vin is around 5.2V, Vo will jump between 5.2V or higher volt. they want to make sure that the output is stable.

    Hi Zoey,

    From your description , I think TPS61299 is more like it.

    TPS61299 will stay in downmode when Vin is around the Vout target, which allows it to work when Vin=Vout.(Boost mode can only regulate when Vin<Vout).
