customer need UCC21750-Q1 3D model to help set up package , I can't find it on the ti.com, Could you please help check if we can provide it ? Thanks.

    Hi Haiwen,

    The IC 3D model can be downloaded off of the TI.com product page. Once in the product page the customer must go to the "Design & development" tab:

    Once in "Design & development" tab go to CAD/CAE symbols:

    Clicking "View Options" will take them to the TI Ultra librarian for download.
