    Hi Kmb,

    What is the frequency that you want to use? This device has some time requirements. Normally no larger than 2kHz. 

    1) We have a min PWM-on time requirement, it should be > open/SG fault deglitch time if you want to keep this fault diagnostics.

    2) For PWM signals, the t(PWM_delay_rising) and t(PWM_delay_falling) would also affect the PWM on/off time, so it is better to consider the error influence for PWM duty cycle.
