TPS65266: Enable Function not working?

Hi

I have a question regarding the function of the enable pins of the TPS65266:

I have a design where I control the enable pins with an MCU. I noticed that one of the regulators still outputs a voltage (lower than the voltage set by the voltage divider on the feedback pin: set voltage: 3.3V; actual output voltage 1.6V) although the enable pin of this regulator is driven low. Is there a possible cause for this behavior? I could include schematics or oscilloscope measurements if it helps.
