TPS65131: Device recommendation inquiry

Hello,

My customer is looking for a device with the conditions below.

- VIN = 5V , VOUT = +15V ad -15V , IOUT = 500mA

Is there a power device that satisfies the above conditions in one package? please recommend it.

Hi JH,

Is the Iout=500mA total current or it is required of each rail?

Hi Patrick,

IOUT=500mA is the requirement for each rail.

Hi JH,

TPS65131 could be the best fit here, however, the -15V rail might not be able to support 500mA output current.

Please refer to datasheet page 6 figure 6-2 and page 7 figure 6-4.
