Greetings,

We have a customer who has a working implementation of a 4s2p w/ no LEDs using bq20z90, and is looking to create a new design with a 4s3p w/ 4 LED indicators. The hardware side of the problem has been solved, the customer is seeking assistance reconfiguring the software to meet these updated requirements.

Is there a document available that could help guide through the process? Any other resources (phone, internet, etc.) that could help in this case?

What document would be suited for a walkthrough for a situation where the BQEasy protocol has already been followed, the golden image already created, and the customer wants to write the golden file to other batteries? Is additional hardware required?

Depending on quantity, one can either use bqEasy to write the image or bqMTester (for larger quantities). The link to the bqMTester page is below:
