Need design review of the attached design.

We are thinking of releasing the board out for FAB this weekend, so any help before that will really help.

Hi Shyam,

Your schematic looks good, a few comments:

C45 is recommended to be 2.2uF. 1uF should be fine though.
I recommend changing R5 and R44 to 10Meg.
R79 and R80 seem too large. 5k is a good value for these.
Z21 should be smaller.
R2 should be 20 Ohms for better accuracy.
I noticed you have a note questioning why C23 is connected to GND. This is to help prevent a transient event, such as a short circuit, from pushing VC1 below GND.

Hi Shyam,

We've reviewed your layout, and it looks good aside from one comment.

The filtering components should be much closer to the pins, the resistors may not be important to put near, but the capacitors should be at the pins.

We specifically saw that the RC filters for the VCx inputs and the thermistor filter capacitors were very far away from the device's pins.
