where is the land pattern for the LM5148RGYR (VQFN-24 RGY package).

It is not in the datasheet.

Hi Dean,

The part is only available in the VQFN-24 package.

The drawing in the datasheet should be valid for the orderable p/n (LM5148RGYR) you posted.

that is the drawing of the part itself. I need the pcb land pattern for this part.

on the vast majority of TI parts, the land pattern for each package type is at the back of the data sheet but not on this one and any search for this package's land pattern only a drawing of the part shows up.

Hi Dean,

The solder paste example on page 69 should be ok for your CAD team.

Also, we provide CAD Symbols on the TI website if you want to just download it.

For this example I circled Altium, but you are free to use a different solfware.
