Hello!

Using the officially recommended TPS40210 DEMO circuit, it was found that the GDRV of the chip did not output, and the output voltage followed the input voltage, equivalent to BOOST not working. What is the problem causing this?

    Thanks for using the e2e forum.

    Can you give more details on the name or number of this TPS40210 reference design?
    We have an evaluation model for this device, but the design looks different here:
    https://www.ti.com/tool/TPS40210EVM

    Was this design build yourself, or bought from TI directly?
    If it is the latter, the board should have been tested for functionality, so the only issue I can think of would be damage by an ESD strike.
