LMG2100R044: PWM controller and EVM availability

What is the power level and topology customer wants to use at? If it is a simple buck converter, then LM5148 is a good suggestion.

EVMs are available via ZS orders now. Will be available on ti.com after RTM end of Dec.

I have to correct myself. Goal is to develop a buck converter with GAN from 24V to 12V for a output current of 10 to max 20A. 48V input is an option for future as well.

We need a PWM controller that fits to LMG2100R044. LM5148 is no option.

Apologies for the delayed response. We can look for more options but why do you think LM5148 can't be used?

I see that if we connect SW pin to PGND in LM5148, then it appears to be compatible with an external gate driver, and hence LMG2100RO44.

ok technically it will most likely work but it isn't an optimized solution in my eyes. I would expect a small and simple PWM controller as companion an no DCDC controller originally targeted for external MOSFETs. Also it doesn't support up to 10Mhz.
