Hi  

I have a query need your help. 

At the same time, charge the battery at 3A, sys and PMID at 2A. Can the chip withstand it? How high can the chip temperature be?

    Hi Star, 

    For your example application what is the input supply's voltage and current rating?

    The BQ25895 can provide up to 5A of output current draw (3A at battery and 2A at SYS is therefore okay), but only with an adequate input supply. 

    The device will enter thermal regulation where charge current is reduced when the chip temperature is too hot. The default temperature to enter thermal regulation is 120C.
