Hi BU expert,

I have noticed the max Recommended Operating junction temperature is 125°C，But the max Operating junction temperature is 150°C. So if the junction temperature is 125°C to 150°C, Will this have any adverse consequences on the device? Thanks.

The specifications in the electrical specifications table cover the recommended operating range of -40C to +125C. When operating above 125C, some electrical specifications may exceed their specified limits, but the elevated temperature will not adversely affect the device's reliability. Operation at or above 150C may negatively impact the device's reliability.

Thanks for your support. So TPS548B27 can work for long time above 125C，right? But when exceed 125C，some electrical specifications may exceed their specified limits will not affect the device’s reliability, can you give some example? Thanks.

Any of the parametric values from the electrical specification table may be outside their specified limits.

Thresholds may be higher or lower than those listed

leakage currents or bias currents may be higher or lower than listed

LDO or regulation output voltages could be higher or lower than their specified range.

PGOOD or Discharge resistance may be higher or lower than their specified range
