LM5066: power reporting accuracy with resistor

Hello expert,

My customer has two questions as below regarding to power reporting accuracy, could you kindly reply on it? Thanks!

1. we know the power reporting accuracy is +/- 4.5% without resistor error. If customer is using +/- 1% resistor, what is the error/accuracy would be?

2. Since customer would like to know the low current reported accuracy and we only test on 50mV @ VIN-VSENSE which is large current portion. Do we have power reporting data with lower current ?

    Hi Ann,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. 

    The total power monitoring accuracy would be ~ +/- 5.5 % considering the variation of the sense resistor.

    We don't have characterized power monitoring accuracy data with lower input current.
