Hi team,

Could you help me recommend a suitable LDO device with the following requirements?

  1. Vin = 25V; Max withstand voltage up to 36V
  2. Vout = 12V, max up to 20V
  3. output current is 100ma
  4. SOT89-3 package, EN pin maybe better.
