4KV ESD test of the whole machine, 1PCS TPS7A20 has no output and cannot be recovered（A total of 6PCS were tested）.This phenomenon will not occur in the subsequent 6KV ESD test. The customer is worried that this problem will occur in mass production, please help to analyze it.
Test condition：Contact 4KV ESD test，Manual discharge，Frequency is 1S
