Thanks for reaching out. I am Aaron, the product marketing from TI LED driver group.

We are working on this issue and trying to locate any potential causes. While at the same time, would you try some troubleshooting steps below?

• Try another Browser with your ti.com account logged-in
• Clear cache and cookies of the Browser and try again
• Ask if your colleagues have a different ti.com account registered with payment options 
• Make sure your office firewall is not blocking or affecting the TI website
• Try on your personal computer / laptop / phone to check if this gives you the same issue

Hi Aaron,

I tried two computers, firefox and chrome, cleared cookies and still they show as out of stock.  But when talking to other people it shows up as in stock (>10,000) when they are logged in.

I'm just wondering if this is an early preview with limited access - and when they would be available to me to purchase.

TPS923652DMTR is public released with full access to all documents and inventory.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I don't have a clear date when the online store refreshing this stock data, but I do know that TI.com software team is working to optimize that and to establish a more convenient buying experience. If you have any immediate demands, I will suggest working with your colleagues or sending an email directly to me for help.
