TPS568215: unencrypted spice model of TPS568215

Part Number: TPS568215

We are making a design that contains TPS568215(s). Can you please share the unencrypted spice model file so that we can simulate our design. We have been using PSpice® for TI design and simulation tool but it does not respond for hours and simulation does not finish. We have already used TI WEBENCH® for design and simulation but would like to do simulation in another simulation tool as well. Thank you very much.

    Hello,

    Sorry to hear about the simulation issues. If you can share your project, we can see if we can reproduce the issue and fix it. 

    For providing unencrypted models, we need an NDA with the customer. If you still need an NDA or already have one, please get in contact with your technical sales or field applications contact from TI and request the unencrypted model. We can then send the unencrypted .lib file to them via email.

    Thank you for your response and support.

    I would like to share relevant parts of the design for PSpice® for TI simulation issue with you privately if possible, rather than going through the NDA process for the unencrypted model.
