A customer has contacted us to confirm.

The numbers are:

IC = 125mA --> 5V

IC = 200mA --> 6V

IC = 275mA --> 7V

IC = 350mA --> 8V

Yes, the numbers in your post are correct, the SN75469 VI(ON) table should match ULN2004A's table.
