BQ25618E: /QON voltage

Hello TI team,

I have a custom design with the BQ25618E.

When I measure the /QON voltage, I find VQON=2.65V when VBAT=3.75V and power key not pushed.

In the datasheet, it is specified that there is a 200k pull up to VBAT with a diode.

Here are my questions :

- Is it normal to find VQON=2.65V?

- What is the voltage drop in the diode?

- What are VIH and VIL voltage for HW Reset?

Hello,

What is the zener breakdown of D207? It is possible this is the voltage you are seeing. We typically do not parallel a diode with the QON switch. Can you please remove D207 and observe the change?

Hello,

It is for ESD purpose. Breakdown voltage is around 25V.

Anyway, I removed it and still get the same value.

Hello,

When I power solely from 3.75 VBAT without VBUS I also find VQON to be 2.65 V. This is expected behavior.
