Hi Team,

 

Could you help to verify if there are something wrong with the Webench simulation of TPS55288-Q1?

Customer set 400k for design input, but the report shows operating Fsw is only 200kHz.

CUSTOMIZE (system information) Phase Marg and Gain Marg is (74.12 deg, -36.5 dB), which is different with WBDesign26_Steady State-39.pdf from output report (58.39 deg, -8.687 dB), why there is so much difference.

    Hi Alex,

    Thank you for reaching out. 

    1. The converter enters buck-boost mode when Vin=6V and Vout=6.5V, and thus the frequency will reduce to half. 

    2. Can you provide the design and simulation parameters of both CUSTOMIZE (system information) and WBDesign26_Steady State? It is possible that the working voltage are not the same.

    3.Customer can send their schematic to us to review.
