BQ27Z561: BQ27z561 Fuel Gauge FC bit is never set

Hello TI Team,

We are using the BQ27z561 fuel gauge and BQ25601D Charger IC in our custom board.  We are observing the charge, discharge and full charge conditions of battery.

We have observed that the fuel gauge BatteryStatus() [FC] bit is never set even though my battery percentage reached to 100%.

But, if I see the BQ25601 charger register which also indicate the Full charge condition based on CHRG_STAT bits then it indicates the full charge status of battery when battery percentage reach to 100% 

So, here why fuel gauge BatteryStatus() [FC] bit is not setting? On which condition will it be set?
