Once WDOG/ is asserted low, is it latched low until there is a toggle in WDI? Or is there a maximum time for WDO/ to be kept low?

In the datasheet it´s said that the WDOG/ is kept low unless WDI is toggled or there is reset (see sentence in yellow):

Yes WDO is held low (latched) until either a WDI toggle or a reset.
