Can you please let me know the availability status of low side switches

Requirements:

Support more than 60V of battery Voltage and qualified for automotive application.

Load Current should be up to 4A

Support over voltage and over current protection.

PWM based low side switches.

Hi,

We have to drive the load that is connected to power supply. Load and power supply is not a part of our design. In this case high side switch is not feasible. So we are looking for Low side switch. So please suggest some parts which will meet above mentioned requirements.

Please look at LM5068. Unfortunately, we don't have automotive qualified low side solutions.
