I am looking for some assistance in finding a component that will fit my new application. I am currently working on a PWM driver and have been looking into the viability of multiple components. I will include the specs as follows:
Laser Driver IC:
- Supply Voltage: 5V (MAX)
- Driver Current: 150 mA
- Modulation/Brightness Control: PWM
- Low Power IC
- Small SMT package (7.5 mm x 7.5mm scale)
- Load: Three LEDs chained in series (Forward Voltage ~ 1.2V) and a ballast resistor to choke the current
