TPS25947: How to make TPS259470L function as a circuit breaker like TPS259474L

Is this circuit working well?

I aim to construct a circuit breaker with a maximum current rating of 3A using the TPS259470L
I need AUXOFF Function.

Do you have a better idea?
(is it OK ,Just connect a diode between FLT and ILIM?)

I will recommend simulating it using Pspice for TI.

Yes, I have tried Pspice for TI.

It seems to work well when I use the low-leakage model for NMOS with Drain-Source leakage current (IDSS < 0.1uA).

Additionally, it is necessary to change R67 to connect to VIN, not VOUT.

But, I can't comprehend its real behavior. Is it safe to short circuit the LIM?
What part of the datasheet should I refer to for my understanding?

Hi Yuya,

ILIM short to GND will make device trip.

I also understood that the ILIM pin is shared by the OUTPUT and INPUT pins.
