What is the trigger for Active output discharge?

As mentioned thread, Will they discharge when VIN and EN fall below 2.3 V?

Hi Goto,

Active output discharge should trigger whenever the device turns off, e.g. EN going low (<0.4V when falling), or UVLO or thermal shutdown being triggered.
